The Heritage Network Atlantic ‘s E-Learning Course “The Bare Essentials of Museums, An Introduction to Museum Work ” is a cooperative project undertaken by the partners of the Heritage Network Atlantic. The Heritage Network Atlantic includes the Community Museums Association of Prince Edward Island, the Federation of Nova Scotian Heritage and the Museum Association of Newfoundland and Labrador. This course was pilot tested in 2004 by volunteers and professional museum staff from the Atlantic region and across the country. We would like to thank all those who contributed their time and expertise to test this material and offered their suggestions. This project was coordinated and supervised by the Community Museums Association of Prince Edward Island. The primary staff for the project included: Rev.
